# serioussandwich MY Cookbook winner is.... and Tamale Bake for dinner

Well I want to start off and apologize, its been a busy couple days alot going on, with kids, work..etc...I need to clone myself . But I wanted to first off say Thank you to my First winner who graciously declined the prize, not because he didn't want the book, its because he liked what he saw and already pre-ordered it off Amazon.com so....Thanks Tony Carlini for reading my blog, and being a great friend. Tony is a firefighter in Itasca Illinois, and on his off time he sells Marion Fire Apparatus. Ive spent alot of time with Tony as he sold us our new Engine in Northlake where I work full-time, and I was part of our new engine specification committee. I used a website that logged all the entries for me, and all I did was hit a button to pick the winner at random and Tony was picked.... after contacting him, he graciously said to pick someone else... So Thanks Tony for everything!!!

Back to rafflecopter and picked a new winner and our new winner is Debbie S., Debbie is a firefighter/paramedic for Franklin Park Fire Dept. Thanks for reading my Blog, I really appreciate it, I hope you enjoy Emeril's new Cookbook Kicked-up Sandwiches as much as I have....
