#SeriousSandwich Grilled Peanut Butter, Banana and Honey on Honey Wheat Bread

I had a busy day at the firehouse today, barely got to eat lunch or dinner, so I decided to make a Grilled Peanut Butter, Banana, Honey Sandwich on Honey Wheat bread... I for one never would have thought I would have liked this sandwich, I'm a hardcore PB&J Fan. But I instantly fell in love with it. I have a new go to...can't wait to make this for my kids..I think they will love it too... Only issue I had was it fell partially apart I think Im going to try Thinner slices of banana and maybe a heartier bread. But the end product was still amazing....I loved it. The creaminess of the PB and honey with the banana...I may try a little toasted coconut...

This is one of the great sandwiches in Emeril's new Kicked Up Sandwich Cookbook, The thing I love about his new cookbook, it dosent only gave you sandwich recipes, its a full service to make the ultimate sandwich experience, breakfast, lunch, recipes for bread, mayo, different dressings, its the whole package.

You can Preorder your copy here and check out Chef Emeril and follow the other Bloggers, remember if you follow my blog, me on Twitter, or Facebook, or Pinterest you have a chance to win a copy of this awesome cookbook.

Yep, definitely go with thinner slices of banana ... that's what I did and mine held together perfectly!
